About

As the son of a licensed homebuilder, I grew up learning the right way to build and maintain a home. After years of construction experience, I earned a degree in business administration from Middle Tennesse State University and worked as a business analyst. This background in construction and analytics gives me a foundation of knowledge and eye for detail that I bring to every home inspection.

 

After earning my home inspecting license (Tennessee License #2410), I was honored to work with Bert Hull of Knoxville Engineered Home Inspections, who was recently selected as the top home inspector in the country by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors®, the leading home inspection association in America.

 

Following the industry’s best practices, I strive to bring the highest level of integrity and professionalism to every job that I do. My goal is to provide peace of mind during the home buying process for home buyers, sellers and real estate professionals by identifying major issues, safety concerns, and maintenance items that may need attention now or in the future.

 

Having lived here most of my life, I am proud to be raising my family in Middle Tennessee and helping my neighbors make informed choices when it comes to their home.
